Girl Plower is more than just a snow plowing, landscaping, and lawn mowing service—it’s the culmination of Gina Dandrea’s lifelong dedication to construction and outdoor services.

Gina’s passion for this work was sparked early, inspired by her father, a heavy equipment operator. Her journey began with her first building demolition at just three years old. By sixteen, she had already ventured into snow plowing, and within a year, she had developed her own client base. By the age of twenty, Gina was managing the mowing and landscaping of all the city parks under contract.

Over the years, Gina honed her skills, mastering various aspects of construction, including heavy highway construction and CDL driving.

Nine years ago, during a winter break from heavy construction work, she took a leap of faith and founded Girl Plower. What began as a seasonal venture quickly evolved into a full-time business, securing contracts with both commercial and residential clients.

Gina lives in the North Winton Village of Rochester, NY, with her wife, who is also an entrepreneur, and their daughter. Her passion for serving people and her meticulous attention to detail have earned Girl Plower a reputation for excellence.
